School Assembly and Meeting Penpal

This morning was the final awards assembly for Deirdre's school. Deirdre was getting her AR Award, which was suppose to be the 50 point AR award. Instead it ended up only being 30 points and she was 2.25 points shy of the 50 point award. I am still so very proud of her cause I know she worked so hard to get her AR award!

After the assembly, Deirdre's class went to Mountain Mike's Pizza to meet thier penpals that the kids have been writting with all year. Here are a few pictures of Deirdre with Naomi.
