I now have a pre-teen, or as Deirdre calls herself...........a "tween"! Today was suppose to be a day to take her to her favorite place, The Olive Garden". But after a whole day of bad, rain and wind, she wanted to stay home and have me cook dinner. I made her a small cake and gave her a present to tide her over until Saturday (when we really celebrate). Pray that there is no rain on Saturday, as we should be going to Marine World (I will never call it by the new name)............thanks!
