Good Bye Summer

One last time we went to Lake Kirkwood to retrieve our family canoe and bring it home for the winter. So, we took some time to let the girls play in the lake and go in the canoe. Deirdre chose to just play in the water and Emily did both. My brother Carl joined us and I ended up with what I thought was allergy issues, actually being a nice cold!! Enjoy the pictures!!

So, we are done until next year!! The canoe will have a new coat of paint, new paddles (ours are warpped) and even have the canoe personalized!
